Care, in the quiet places too.
This page is maintained by the House Euphoria studio to answer common questions about how we handle the information you share with us. It is editable content, not an independent certification.
Only what helps us write back.
When you subscribe to letters, we keep your email address and the page you subscribed from. When you place an order, we keep your name, shipping address, contact details, and the items you chose so we can pour, pack, and post your order.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.
Practical, current safeguards.
- All traffic to the site is served over HTTPS.
- Subscriber and order data live in a managed database with row-level access rules so customers can only access their own data.
- Studio access is protected by email-and-password sign-in, with role-based permissions for editorial and admin actions.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers on our side.
A small, named list.
We use a short list of trusted services to run the studio:
- Our hosting and database provider, to keep the site online.
- Our payment provider, to process orders securely.
- Email and shipping providers, to send letters and post orders.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
You're in control.
You can unsubscribe from letters at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to the studio.
We keep order records for as long as we need to fulfil the order and meet our legal obligations, and subscriber records until you ask to be removed.
Just what the site needs.
We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep your cart and sign-in working. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Questions, requests, or concerns.
For any privacy or security question — including a request to access or delete your data — write to houseuphoria.co@gmail.com. If you believe you've found a security issue, please email us with the details and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
